HYDRAULICS PLUS RETURNS TO BANDOLERO DIVISION FOR SEVENTH SEASON

(Halifax, NS – March 9, 2016) - Scotia Speedworld is excited to announce a continued partnership with Hydraulics Plus which will see the company’s branding on the Hydraulics Plus Bandolero division for a seventh consecutive season. Since joining the Scotia Speedworld family as title sponsor of the Bandolero division in 2010, Hydraulics Plus has seen many young racers get their start within the sport and move on to achieve many goals throughout the racing community.

The future of Scotia Speedworld and racing within Atlantic Canada comes from the Hydraulics Plus Bandolero division. Alumni have gone on to accomplish major victories in Legend, Sportsman and Pro Stock cars, including multi-time Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour feature winners Dylan Blenkhorn (Truro) and Cole Butcher (Porter’s Lake). With well over a dozen youngsters from eight to 16 years old ready to strap in this summer with the ultimate goal in mind to etch their names into history as champions, like Braden Langille (Shubenacadie) and Josh Langille (Coldbrook) did in 2015, fans are in for a thrilling season of Hydraulics Plus Bandolero racing.

The first race for the Hydraulics Plus Bandoleros in 2016 will take place during the Weekly Racing Series Opener on Sunday, May 22nd at 2pm. The division is slated to race 14 times between their May opener and the season finale on Friday, September 16th, with an extended lap feature taking place during INEX Night on Friday, June 17th.
