AMP Energy Night at Scotia Speedworld this Friday!(Halifax, NS, July 22, 2009) Scotia Speedworld’s Weekly Racing Series continues this Friday, July 24th. This week’s featured 5 divisions include; Sojourn Signs Bandoleros, Miller Tire Lightning cars, Miller Tire Thunder cars, Legends and the Lockhart Truck Center Hobby Stocks. Racing is set to start at 7:00pm, main gates open at 5:00pm and the Strictly Hydraulics pits open at 4:00pm. Admission for the Weekly Racing Series is $12.00 for adults; $2.00 for youth aged 8-15; children 7 and under are admitted free. All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Pit admission is $15.00 and restricted to those 16 and older. Tickets are available at the gate on race day. SSW is the only venue in Nova Scotia to host a weekly racing series, which runs May through September and features six different classes of racecars.
