Commercial Facility Rental InformationRent Includes· Power · Lighting, as required with existing structures · Use of the grandstand · Use of the pit grandstand · Use of the pit area · Use of the pit area washrooms · Use of grandstand and pit area parking lots Food & Beverage Concessions/ Catering Canteens and beer garden are operated under exclusive agreement with Rudy’s Catering. Food and beverages can be served on a cash and/or hospitality basis. No food or beverages can be brought into Scotia Speedworld without the written permission of Rudy’s Catering (902) 877 – 0101. A la Carte Options, subject to availability · Ambulance · Audio/Visual Equipment · Budweiser Beer Garden · An on-site Coordinator · Emergency Vehicle with personnel · Event Staff · Event Supervisor · Food/beverage catering · Police Officer · Portable Toilets · Public Address System & control room · Security · SkyBox · Stage · Trophies/ Awards · Use of grandstand admission ticket booths · Use of the grandstand midway area · Use of the grandstand area washrooms · Use of pit area admission ticket booth · Videography · 50/50 Ticket Sales Tenant Requirements · Must leave the entire facility in the condition it is found in. Facility Condition Report/Inspection required at commencement of rental. · Agrees to abide by all provincial and federal laws governing the facility known as Scotia Speedworld, including but not limited to those regarding alcohol sales/consumption; lottery-type ticket sales/draws; payment of applicable taxes; entertainment permits; municipal by-laws; and fire regulations. · Must provide a minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance. · Loss of revenue insurance may be required, depending on scheduling of event. · Must provide a certificate naming Scotia Speedworld as co-insured for the event at least seven days prior to the event. · Rental Payment required as follows: 50% non-refundable deposit at time of reservation with balance payable at least three days prior to the event. Important Scotia Speedworld Limited reserves the right to refuse any application for commercial facility rental, without cause.
